Macquarie Dental Surgery
Armada Architects has delivered the Macquarie Centre Dental Surgery fitout within a compressed programme, working directly with the operator to develop a CDC-approved dental clinic design aligned with retail tenancy requirements.
Early coordination with the retail design manager, centre management, Project Contractor and project certifier supported a streamlined approval pathway and reduced delivery risk.
The design was developed around existing base-build mechanical, hydraulic and electrical services, minimising disruption while maintaining compliance with PCA requirements, NCC provisions and accessibility upgrade standards. Armada’s approach focused on efficient clinical planning, clear patient circulation and a contemporary healthcare interior suited to a high-traffic retail environment.
Acting as design lead, Armada worked with Consulted Group to coordinate consultant, documentation and operator interior design requirements to deliver a compliant dental fitout within tight timeframes. Construction is currently under way as of February 2026.
The project builds on Armada’s broader Sydney medical architecture portfolio, including the Lisarow, West Pennant Hills and Austral medical centre projects, demonstrating established capability in dental clinic design, healthcare tenancy upgrades and CDC approval pathways within complex commercial environments.
