Coleman Agency
The design of the Coleman Agency interior converts an existing Retail Bank space into a boutique, naturally lit, and flexible workspace for the rapidly expanding Coleman Estate Agency.
Located on a busy corner intersection the design opened the existing interior to enhance natural light and ventilation to the new workspaces, whilst creating passive and active animation of the main street frontage.
The boardroom and office spaces are designed to visually cross-connect to the main lobby and open plan work area to enhance collaboration and improve client engagement.
The project was designed and documented entirely with digital software that allowed the visualization, detailed design, and off-site fabrication of signature joinery pieces for rapid site installation.
