The Urchin
The Urchin is a signature prefabricated super structure designed and documented by ARMADA for Westfield Chermside in Brisbane.
As the central event space for the Westfield complex the highly efficient design of the panel surface passively filters natural daylight to create a relaxed forest like microclimate within the main retail precinct.
The Urchin comes alive at night with an active programmable LED light system that projects animated content and art work to create an event space.
