Gorokan Early Learning Centre Approved

Development approval has been granted for the Gorokan Early Learning Centre, with Armada Architects responsible for design leadership, planning coordination and management of the full consultant team.

The approval process addressed several site and regulatory constraints, including planning controls, access and technical compliance requirements. Through coordinated design development and early consultant input, the project progressed through assessment with a clear and resolved submission outcome.

The approved scheme delivers a new purpose-built early learning facility designed to meet current NSW planning and childcare guidelines while maintaining practical construction and operational outcomes. With consent now secured, the project is preparing to move into delivery, with construction anticipated to commence in 2026.
