Mercedes-Benz Studio Sydney Opens at Martin Place

Mercedes-Benz Studio Sydney opened at 39 Martin Place on 17 September 2026, bringing the brand’s global Studio concept to Australia for the first time. The public space will host changing vehicle displays, launches and cultural events.
ARMADA Architects collaborated with RIZER and prepared CDC documentation for the tenancy’s warm shell fitout works. Our role shows how architectural expertise helps connect an ambitious brand concept with the approvals, compliance requirements and construction information needed to realise it.
Successful brand activations and retail rollouts require more than a strong idea. They depend on clear documentation, consultant coordination and a practical route through site-specific approval pathways.
ARMADA works alongside agencies, brands and delivery teams to help move concepts from feasibility through approvals and towards opening day.
The Studio’s launch is a milestone for the project team and a welcome addition to Martin Place. It reflects the delivery partnership ARMADA offers for experiential retail projects
across Sydney and NSW.
